Harish Anglos (the “Service”) is a community classifieds and notice board for the English-speaking residents of Harish, Israel, operated by DevOpser LLC (“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required where you live) to create an account or post. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Browsing is open to everyone; posting requires a member account.

2. Your account

We sign you in by a one-time code sent to your email, or via Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure.
You are responsible for everything posted from your account.
Tell us at info@devopser.io if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Acceptable and lawful use

The Service is for lawful, neighbourly community use only. You agree to use it only for legal purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to use the Service to:

Break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate anything illegal;
Post content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or misrepresents an item, price, or yourself;
Offer for sale anything you may not lawfully sell, or that is stolen, counterfeit, recalled, or otherwise prohibited;
Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
Post sexually explicit, obscene, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or violent content;
Publish, host, or distribute content that exploits, abuses, or endangers minors. Any such content will be removed and reported to the relevant authorities;
Post spam, scams, malware, or unsolicited bulk messages, or harvest other users’ personal data or phone numbers;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, or interfere with its operation or other people’s use of it.

We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity, and without liability.

4. User content and conduct between members

Listings and notices are created entirely by members, not by us. We do not create, endorse, verify, vet, or guarantee any listing, recommendation, item, price, person, or transaction on the Service. We are a venue only.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and for your dealings with other members. Any sale, purchase, exchange, gift, rental, hiring, or other arrangement is strictly between the people involved. You take part at your own risk. We strongly encourage you to meet in a safe public place, inspect items before paying, and verify the other person before sending money. We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, any transaction, communication, or dispute between users.

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. You confirm you have the right to post it.

5. Contact details you publish

Contact between members happens over WhatsApp using the phone number a poster chooses to include. If you publish your number, it becomes visible to anyone browsing that listing. Only share what you are comfortable making public.

6. Donations

Contributions made through “Support us” are voluntary and are processed by Stripe. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. They do not purchase any product, service, or preferential treatment.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any listing or information on it is accurate, lawful, or reliable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute arising out of or in connection with any post, listing, recommendation, transaction, or interaction between users, or from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed ₪100 (or the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DevOpser LLC and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content you post, your use of the Service, your dealings with other users, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your listings at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or the law, or if we discontinue the Service. Listings expire automatically after about 30 days.

11. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any claim, you agree to first contact us at info@devopser.io so we can try to resolve it within 30 days. If that fails, the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep any mandatory protections of your home country.
