According to transaction data reported on 23 September 2026 for the second quarter and the first eight months of 2026, Harish's property market is recovering after a stretch of stagnation and modest price drops.
- 212 transactions were recorded in April–June 2026, the highest quarterly total in four years and, per local reports, the strongest pace since 2022.
- Average prices per square metre rose from about 12,700 shekels in January to about 13,400 shekels in June, roughly 5.5 percent in six months.
Local coverage notes particularly strong activity in some neighbourhoods and interest from both investors and first-time buyers. The recovery comes as the city plans further growth, including the Harish South district, and as the national "Menashe Railway" plan, which would give Harish its own station, moves through planning. Quarterly figures can swing, and prices vary between neighbourhoods and between new-build and second-hand apartments.
