Pwarnt Harish, a women's korfball team in only its second year, won two of its four games at a national breast cancer awareness tournament on Thursday, 8 October 2026.
The "I'm Aware Too" tournament, organised by the mothers' korfball league Mamanet, was held at the Athletics Stadium in Rishon LeZion and drew about 1,000 players from roughly 100 teams. Harish sent three teams: Pwarnt Harish, "HaMashgerot" and "Jump".
Team captain Gali Falk called the day a source of great pride and urged local women not to put off health checkups. The team's slogan, roughly translated, is "We play on the court, not with our lives."
