On Wednesday, 5 August 2026, the management of the "Mor BaIr" centre on Derech Eretz announced that two national retail chains will open branches there and a women-only reformer pilates studio will open within about two weeks.
- Shilav, the baby and children's goods chain: a unit of roughly 200 square metres.
- Laline, the body-care and home-fragrance chain: about 40 square metres, selling body and face products, home scents and gift sets.
- REVO Fitness, a women-only reformer pilates chain operated by the Holmes Place group: opening in roughly two weeks.
Both retail chains are to begin fit-out over the coming month, with opening dates to follow. The centre says Magnolia (jewellery), Toys R Us and HaStock opened there in recent weeks and have lifted footfall.
All details come from the centre's own statement, not the chains, and none of the timings have been independently confirmed. Itai Hans, who manages the "Mor BaIr" and "Kanyon Mor" centres, said the aim is for residents to shop, exercise and spend leisure time close to home.
