Members of the Harish city council opened the ninth plenary session of 2026, held in October, with a special initiative to raise awareness of early detection of breast cancer, according to a report published on Thursday, 29 October 2026.
The gesture came during October's breast cancer awareness month, in which Harish groups have also been active, including a women's forum billboard campaign urging screening.
